Questions
Frequently Asked Questions.
What is the NEA experience?
A private, four-day immersion in health and longevity, set within an exceptional hospitality destination. Comprehensive diagnostics, physician-directed regenerative medicine, and restorative experiences are thoughtfully arranged around you — with a personal health plan that extends beyond your stay.
Who is the experience suited to?
NEA is designed for those seeking a more considered understanding of their health — whether motivated by changes in energy, recovery, or mobility, or a desire to plan thoughtfully for the years ahead. A private physician consultation helps determine whether the program is appropriate for your medical history and goals.
What is regenerative medicine?
Regenerative medicine explores ways to support the repair or replacement of damaged cells and tissues. It encompasses several approaches, including cell-based therapies.
What are mesenchymal stem cells?
Mesenchymal stem cells, or MSCs, are cells studied for their role in signaling, immune regulation, and tissue repair.
What are exosomes?
Exosomes are microscopic particles released by cells that carry molecular messages between them. Researchers are studying their potential role in inflammation and tissue repair.
How is my experience tailored to me?
Before your arrival, a private consultation with your physician establishes your medical history, priorities, and aspirations for your health. These conversations, together with your diagnostic findings, inform your care throughout the experience and the recommendations you take home.
What does the diagnostic assessment include?
Your assessment brings together comprehensive laboratory testing, hormone evaluation, full-body MRI, DEXA body composition and bone density, and measures of strength, balance, and mobility. Glucose, sleep, and recovery monitoring add insight into your daily rhythms.
Will I receive stem cells and exosomes?
Mesenchymal stem cells and exosomes form part of NEA’s signature clinical offering. Treatment is subject to your physician’s assessment of your medical history, diagnostic findings, and individual suitability.
Who will look after me?
Your NEA physician oversees your medical care. Alongside your clinical team, a dedicated longevity concierge attends to your appointments, personal preferences, and the details of your stay.
Will I have time to enjoy the destination?
Time to yourself is an essential part of the experience. Your itinerary balances clinical appointments with restorative treatments, thoughtfully arranged dining, and leisurely intervals to enjoy the property and its surroundings.
What will I leave with?
A fuller understanding of your health and a clear sense of direction. Your physician translates your findings into a personal health blueprint, accompanied by an organized portfolio of your results and recommendations for the months ahead.
How does care continue after departure?
Your relationship with NEA continues through post-stay consultations and three months of concierge support. Your physician establishes the next steps for your care, including follow-up and repeat testing where appropriate.
May I attend with a partner or friend?
We welcome guests wishing to share the experience. Each participating guest receives a private medical assessment and an individual care plan, with personal preferences considered when arranging the stay.
